This is the Paradise associations projekt management software. 
To make our association free, decentralized  and scale-able we run it all as "projects" and in circles, even the core. Read more here about the organically grown structure of our association. 
Upon the core we extend with functions. Some are built for our members to use others are made to serve the world at large. We believe that the best survival strategy is to engage and patch up the holes in the systems that surrounds us.

Our association in large is a survival tool for the hopeful and them that have not given up on the future.

This is beautiful and all, but when it comes down to it, it's all about work and to get things done, so good supporting tools is important. 
This software is called OpenProject but we also use Forgejo, Nextcloud, Etherpad, Jitsi and Obsidian together with synchronization tools like rsync, nextcloudsync and syncthing to keep our data shared, up to date but secure. 
All our services are hosted in house on our own servers and are Open Source.
